Group admission – the easy way!
Visit the dedicated group travel desk in the main ticket office on arrival. All coach drivers and Blue Badge Guides bringing groups to the palace are admitted free.
Guides and tours at the palace
Costumed guides
Costumed guides can be found throughout the palace to offer a flavour of its extensive and intriguing history.
Audio guides
Included in the admission price, audio guides are available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Korean, Japanese and Mandarin. They can be collected from the Information Centre in Clock Court.
Private guided and themed tours
The Institute of Tourist Guiding lecturers can be booked for tours of the palace and gardens which give an insight into the incredible stories of the monarchs and people and the beautiful treasures that can be found in this magnificent palace. Tours can be booked from an hour and a half and start from £110 plus VAT per group.
