Booking request form
For educational group visits:
- To request a booking, please complete and submit this form
- If your request is available, we will send you a proforma invoice
- Your booking will be confirmed after payment is received
Please note submitting this form will not guarantee a booking. An education officer will contact you should there be any reason your booking request cannot be fulfilled.

Payment information
We require that payment is received at least six weeks in advance of your visit, or by the date stated on your proforma invoice.
Cheques
Cheques should be drawn on a British bank and made payable to ‘Historic Royal Palaces’.
Credit card
For credit card payments, include name of cardholder, card number, expiry date and security code (last three digits on reverse of card). You may make one combined payment for entry and education sessions.
Please note we cannot accept American Express or Diner's Club cards.
BACS payment
We can accept payment by BACS. Please contact us to make arrangements.
*International bank transfer fees: please ensure your payment covers any transfer fees. We are unable to confirm bookings where transfer deductions prevent your full payment being received.
Refunds and cancellations
We regret that no refunds can be given for cancellations made less than six weeks in advance of your visit, or for tickets purchased in advance that are not used on the day.
If a cancellation has to be made due to exceptional circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule your visit.
