Introduction
After the excitement of the 2012 Olympics, Hampton Court Palace is now on the route of two Ride London events on Sunday 4 August. We will be a fantastic place to come and view the races and support those taking part.
Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100
The palace will be hosting a ‘hub’ for cyclists involved in the ‘100’ event. Most of these cyclists will pass through before the palace actually opens to the public at 10.00am but our West Front will be open so you can come along and support the cyclists as they pass.

Prudential RideLondon-Surrey Classic
Later in the day the Classic event sees around 150 of the world’s top cyclists descend on the capital to compete in the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey Classic.
The Prudential RideLondon-Surrey Classic will offer a unique opportunity for cycling fans to support their heroes. Home TV audiences and spectators will have their own world-class one-day race to be proud of, while the beauty and splendour of the Surrey hills will be showcased to international audiences more familiar with the terrain of the Grand Tours and Spring Classics.
Hampton Court Palace is well placed 25 miles along the route as an ideal venue to spend the day and watch the race pass between 13:55 and 14:05.
