Students
- Under 5s free
- Age 5-15 (KS1-4) £3.75
- Age 16 and over (KS4-and above) £5.25
Teachers and adult helpers
Teachers and adults accompanying groups are admitted
free of charge up to the following ratios:
- Students aged 6 yrs and under: 1:5
- Students aged 7 to 16 yrs: 1:10
Additional adults will be charged at £13.05 each from 1 March 2011.
The Maze
Tickets for
Hampton Court's famous Maze can be purchased from the main ticket office. Entry to the Maze is not included in the main education admission rate.

- 16 yrs+ £3.50*
*Adults accompanying groups are admitted free of charge up to a ratio of one for every 10 students.

On-site supervision
All students must be accompanied by an adult at all times while at the palace. Groups should contain a minimum of one adult per ten students aged 7-16 years old, and one adult per five students aged 6 and under.
Groups with an inadequate number of accompanying adults may not be admitted.

What is included
The education admission rate includes access to all palace routes including Henry VIII's Kitchens and Apartments, King William III's Apartments, Queen Mary II's Apartments and the Georgian Private Apartments. It also includes:

Please note education visitors are not permitted to join the public tours of the palace as advertised in the Daily Programme.
