Meet the other women in Henry's life
Surprising and unusual portraits of each of Henry VIII's wives were brought together for the first time at Hampton Court Palace along with some of their personal objects. Two of the most important paintings of Henry's daughters, Mary I and Elizabeth I, joined these portraits.
Other items on display ranged from a lock of Kateryn Parr’s hair to the music book written for Anne Boleyn by one of her alleged lovers. The exhibition was hosted in King Henry VIII’s Council Chamber which was opened to the public for the first time.
