To offer you even greater flexibility and value for money, you can now hire the State Apartments on either an exclusive or non-exclusive basis.
If you have up to 200 guests and your budget prevents you from hiring the entire palace on an exclusive basis, you can now choose from a range of specific packages giving you access to select areas of Hampton Court Palace on a non-exclusive basis for either a corporate or private event.
Hire the State Apartments on either an exclusive or non-exclusive basis and your event will include:
• Use of a State Apartment for a reception
• Use of a State Apartment for dinner
• A member of the Palace Event Management team before, during and after the event
• A team of Hampton Court Palace State Apartment Warders
• Palace Security
• On site car parking
• Washroom facilities
However, when you hire on an exclusive basis, you'll also benefit from the following...
• Use of a State Apartment for an after dinner reception (if required)
• Access to the Palace State Apartments for guests to visit (either before or after dinner)
• Tours of the Palace
• Costume guides (3) (if required)
• One large floral pedestal or 4 small floral table arrangements for the reception area (if required)
*Exclusive and non-exclusive hire applies to Hampton Court Palace’s State Apartments only and does
not include the Garden Room or William III’s Little Banqueting House both situated within the grounds
at Hampton Court Palace or any other Historic Royal Palace venues.
Terms and conditions of non-exclusive hire
1. Non–exclusive hire is subject to availability and does not include Bank Holidays, Christmas or Easter periods. 2. Other events may also take place within the Palace at the same time as your event 3. Non-exclusive hire cannot be used in conjunction with any other published offer. 4. When hiring on a non-exclusive basis, access to the State Apartments located elsewhere within the Palace will not be made available.
