Conferencing and Away days

For conferences, there are two options for hiring the Garden Room:

Option one) Straight room hire, which is from £2,650 + VAT for Monday to Thursday bookings. This includes tables, chairs and exclusive use of the Tiltyard Gardens for activities, or perhaps a barbeque in summer months.

Option two) A day delegate package, available for 66 delegates or more, which includes venue hire, round tables and chairs, folder, pad and pen for each delegate, 1 x screen for projection, 2 x flip charts + choice of catering package.
Prices start from £70 + VAT per head. Prices may increase should you decide to upgrade.

There are several options for team building activities in the Tiltyard Garden, including: archery; inflatable human table football; treasure hunts around the palace; 5-a-side football; crazy golf;
Oversized games e.g. Connect Four, Chess, etc; sword fighting; fire eating/juggling; fairground stalls (coconut shy/stocks/rubber ducks and fishing, etc).

Another option is to hire the Old Tennis Court in conjunction with The Garden Room from £2,700 + vat, which would enable you to host the following activities: Falconry, Laser Clay Shooting, Jousting, Go Karts

Weddings

Wedding breakfast 
Room hire is from £4,250 + VAT for a reception only.

Civil Ceremony and Wedding breakfast 
Room hire for a civil ceremony followed by a wedding breakfast is from £4,750 + VAT.

Both the above options are from 10.00 until midnight which includes chairs, tables and a dance floor, as well as exclusive use of the Tiltyard Garden.

Private and corporate dining and parties

Room hire is from £2,750 + VAT for Monday to Thursday bookings. This includes tables, chairs and exclusive use of the Tiltyard Gardens. For weekend dates, room hire is from £4,250 + vat.

Should you wish to extend beyond midnight, the rate is £500 + vat per hour. Permission is needed to exceed 1am.

Christenings and wakes

Room hire for 3 hours is from £1,000 + VAT. This includes chairs, tables and exclusive use of the Tiltyard Gardens. These events cannot be booked more than 8 weeks in advance.

Christmas parties

We host magical Christmas Parties for groups both large and small.

Exclusive parties, suitable for groups of 100 or more, start from £76 + VAT per person.
Shared parties, suitable for groups of 10 or more, are from £68 + VAT per person.
