From 24 May 2012 you will also be able to see the temporary exhibition Jubilee - a view from the crowd which runs until 4 November 2012.

Your preliminary visit will give you a chance to plan an itinerary for the day, and staff will be pleased to answer any questions you might have to help your visit run smoothly.

Sessions and workshops

Education sessions offer engaging and interactive ways to explore this magnificent palace. Led by expert presenters, all sessions are closely based on the national curriculum, as well as offering opportunities for cross-curricular learning.

All sessions can accommodate up to 35 students and are available throughout term times, though not always in the first and last weeks of term. See individual session listings for full details.

Rates vary between £90 and £100 per session.
