What does my admission ticket cover?
Your admission ticket covers all areas of the palace, open normally. There are dozens of famous and exciting sights at Kew Palace and access to the majority of these is included in your admission ticket. Click here for more information about what to see and do at the palace.
Why do we have to pay for entry to both Kew Palace and Kew Gardens to visit the palace?
Kew Palace is run by Historic Royal Palaces which is a separate organisation from the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew. Both organisations are charities. Historic Royal Palaces uses its admissions income to maintain and open Kew Palace. We receive no Government funding for this. Both organisations continue to look for a way to make entry to the Palace easier. Until that happens, we recommend to come to Kew for the day so you see the other historic buildings in the gardens, too.
How do I find out what will be on when I visit?
There are various activities, displays and events happening at the palace throughout the year. Many are included in the price of your ticket. To discover the ‘Top ten’ things to see and do at Kew Palace, click here. For information on current and forthcoming events, click here to visit What’s on.
