Kew Palace welcomes all visitors and hopes to make everyone's day out enjoyable

Please note: admission tickets to Kew Gardens must be purchased to gain access to Kew Palace - for gardens admission prices, please visit www.kew.org

Visitors with mobility needs

There is access to all three floors using the staff operated lift. There is a toilet at the nearby Welcome Centre. Manual wheelchairs are available for use within the palace. Chairs are provided on a first come, first served basis.

Visitors with disabilities are admitted at a concessionary rate and their companion is given free entry. Please notify the admissions staff when purchasing your tickets.

There is limited disabled parking on Kew Green near the main gate and at Brentford Gate car park. Electric wheelchairs may be pre booked on a first come first served basis. See RBGK website

Assistance dogs are allowed.
