We also work with television production companies and broadcasters on series following our work - the BBC TWO productions Tales from the Palaces and Kew Palace Revealed, and Channel 4's The Tower are the most recent.
All filming requests at Historic Royal Palaces are dealt with by the Press Office, which is responsible for establishing every aspect of the filming being proposed, from the size and scale of production to assessing the appropriateness of the production. We also deal with contracts and discussing the location fees. Our current filming facility fees start at £350 + VAT per hour, although the final figure depends on the individual request. Large scale feature filming and location work is charged at significantly higher rates that are quoted on a case-by-case basis.
