Say it with flowers - make enchanted white paper roses for your mum!

Impress your mum with a beautiful white paper rose handmade by yourself this Mothering Sunday!

We'll show you how to create the pretty white paper roses that adorn the rooms in our State Apartments as part of our Enchanted Palace experience

Afterwards discover the stories of Kensington Palace by exploring the Enchanted Palace and the magnificent State Apartments. There you will encounter a series of stunning installations featuring contemporary fashion by leading designers such as Paul Costelloe, Zandra Rhodes and Vivienne Westwood inspired by the palace’s Royal Ceremonial Dress Collection and woven into fascinating stories from the palace's history. This is a secret Kensington Palace – one you’ve never seen before!

Say it with tea – treat your mum to afternoon tea in The Orangery at
Kensington Palace
Take a delicious tea in the 18th century Orangery set within the palace grounds and soak up the atmosphere of this stunning location. Set in the grounds of the palace, The Orangery is a magnificent building with original Grindling Gibbon’s woodcarvings and designed by Sir John Vanburgh and Queen Anne in 1704.

Signature Orange Tea - £14.85 per person
An assortment of finger sandwiches, signature orange scented scone with Cornish clotted cream and strawberry jam. Finished with a delectable éclair and orange and passion fruit tart. Served with a choice of teas or coffee.

Royal Champagne Tea - £20.45 per person
A flute of Champagne, served with an assortment of finger sandwiches, signature orange scented scone with Cornish clotted cream and strawberry jam. Finished with a delectable éclair and orange and passion fruit tart. Served with a choice of teas or coffee.

Gift vouchers are available for ‘Afternoon Tea’. To purchase gift vouchers please call 0203 166 6112 or e-mail the.orangery@digbytrout.co.uk. Afternoon tea is served daily from noon to 18.00. A ticket for Kensington Palace is not required to dine in The Orangery.
