New Armouries restaurant

Inside the New Armouries at the Tower of LondonWe can’t wait to welcome you to our revamped New Armouries restaurant. Come and enjoy 1000 years of London history in this intriguing setting by browsing our wide selection of freshly prepared snacks and meals, presented as a celebration of the capital’s rich and diverse food markets.

Take a foodie’s tour of great English fare, from the self-service Brick Lane counter offering miscellaneous quick bites, to Covent Garden where you can watch the chef create your chosen salad, to artisanal cheese and baked treats at Borough Market.

Indulge in a tasty hot meal: head to Old Billingsgate for fish dishes; Smithfield for roast joints, sausages and other meaty delights; or to Leadenhall for daily pasta and vegetarian options. Just like London’s markets, there’s something for everyone.

Raven's kiosk

We’re excited to reveal a warm and welcoming new look for Raven’s kiosk, our outdoor café that’s open all year whatever the weather.

It’s the perfect spot for a quick refreshment stop, whether you’re looking to savour coffee and cake or a gourmet bite for lunch. Anglophiles are in for a treat; Raven’s celebrates the great British cuppa and canapé-style dishes of traditional meals like sausages and mash. And with large brollies providing shade or shelter, you can even enjoy the famous British weather in comfort.

Apostrophe

You can take food away or pause here awhile for a leisurely refreshment break. Take a seat on the terrace and enjoy unrivalled views of the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and the Millennium Pier.

Did you know?

Inside the New Armouries at the Tower of LondonThe New Armouries restaurant is the only surviving example of a huge storehouse for holding ordnance (military supplies) at the Tower. Once the Tower was full of ordnance buildings, however the others were pulled down in the 19th Century.

Apostrophe stands on the earliest part of Tower wharf. It was built under Edward I ‘Longshanks’ to help with loading and unloading military supplies.
