Built by William the Conqueror in 1066, the Tower remains a symbol of royal majesty and might, today a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Pay a visit this spring as we explore money matters, inspired by a major new exhibition on the Royal Mint, sited at the Tower from the 13th to 19th centuries. There will also be the unique chance to learn traditional crafts, not to mention to sup ale in the Tower pub.
