The Royal Fusiliers Archives held at the Tower of London relate to former Royal Fusiliers of two Regiments and four Battalions:
The Royal Fusiliers

The Regiments covered are:

7th Regiment of Foot pre 1881
City of London Reigment 1881-1968

The Battalians covered are:

1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Battalion of the London Regiment 1908-1937.

The Royal Fusiliers Archive also hold copies of Battalion Diaries for both World Wars and Regimental Enlistment Books for the period 1919-1939. The details in these books may vary.

The Archivist would require the surname, initials and/or army number to undertake any enquiry.

Charges

The Royal Fusiliers Archive charge a £10 non-refundable Research Fee per hour and reserve the right to recommend a reputable Researcher who will quote their own fee if your enquiry is outside the remit of the Archivist.
