Does the £1.5 million budget include design fees and construction costs?

The £1.5 million budget is all inclusive. We will be producing a more detailed budget at concept design stage where a specific portion will be allocated to design fees.

Will the selected team see the project from concept to construction?

What disciplines are required of the design team?

These will be outlined at concept design phase which begins when we have selected a shortlist from the Expressions of Interest
