My day...My principle duty is to ensure the smooth running of the Ticket Office and Welcome Centre, both front and back of house. For the most part, what the customers want is a swift and efficient service to smooth them on their way to a great day out, and that’s what we aim to provide. We also aim to answer any questions that they may have, and if we can’t help, find the person who can.
You need to be: Able to work well with people. It’s essential that you are a good listener, patient, approachable, calm under pressure, quick thinking, resourceful and adept at conflict resolution.
