Balancing your work and life

We aim to develop and promote a working environment that allows our staff to achieve a healthy balance of work and home life. We have a number of initiatives to support this which include:

Flexible working for eligible employees
Parental leave – up to 13 weeks' unpaid leave a year (18 weeks in the case of a disabled child)
Paternity leave – up to two weeks time off with pay
