Highlights:  Working in the rooms where Queen Victoria was born and brought up, constantly learning new things and never getting bored

Lowlights:  The building is very warm in the summer 

Essential equipment:  A sense of humour and the knowledge to answer visitor questions

Following in the footsteps of…  Queen Victoria, my favourite royal, who was born and lived at Kensington Palace until becoming Queen. She also opened the palace to the public on her 80th birthday.
