This plan will cover how you will develop your skills and knowledge in order to carry out your role as well as getting to know the organisation. You will also be assigned a ‘buddy’ to help you settle into the organisation.
We encourage employees to work towards professional and vocational qualifications. For qualifications that are job related we will also consider giving financial support and study leave.
