Big Sing

Join us for some festive cheer as local schools sing a selection of Christmas songs in the Queen’s Gallery.

Free, included in palace entry.

Queen Victoria's Christmas

Saturday 3, 10, 17 December

11.00 - 15.00

Step into Queen Victoria’s Christmas and find out what presents you might have received 150 years ago. Create a decoration to hang on the Queen’s Christmas tree, play with her favourite childhood toys and create your own paper cut lantern to light your way home.

Suitable for 5 – 11 years

Free, included in palace entry 

Family trail: Make a palace a home

Explore the Queen's apartments with Queen Mary as your guide and discover how she turned the palace into her family home. Find out about her pet pugs, favourite flowers and pastimes. 

Recommended for children aged 5 to 11 years. Collect a free trail when you buy your ticket.
