Get in touch with history through our creative making workshops for families.

Last Saturday of every month

Aimed at children aged 7 - 11 years, accessible for 5 years +

Get hands on and make a different aspect of palace history each month, from gardening to painting and chocolate making.

 Fabulous fabrics

Take inspiration from the beautiful fashions and fabrics of dresses in our collection and make your own fabulous creation out of fabric.

Get a flavour of George II's court and taste the exotic new drink of the elite. Mix your own hot chocolate and add sugar and spices to create your own special recipe.
