2. Make a booking
Call the Education Administration Office on 020 3166 6646.
We can provide availability of dates, help you plan your day and discuss your group's specific needs. We can also make provisional bookings.
Can't get through? Fax your enquiry
At peak times our phone line can get very busy so you may wish to download and complete a booking form and fax it to 020 3166 6655.
Our officers will answer your booking request as soon as they can.

3. Payment/confirmation
We require that any payment and completed booking forms are received within six weeks of making a provisional booking.
Prices
Under-16s and accompanying teachers and adults are admitted free of charge.
Payment options
Cheque or money order
Please make cheques and international money orders payable to ‘Historic Royal Palaces’. Payment options
Credit card
For credit card payments, include name of cardholder, card number and expiry date. You may make one combined payment for entry and education sessions.
Refunds and cancellations
We regret that refunds cannot be given for cancellations made less than six weeks in advance of your visit, or for tickets purchased in advance that are not used on the day.
If we cancel a session a full refund will be made.

Once we've received your payment we will send you a confirmation pack that will include a voucher for two preliminary visit tickets and further information to ensure you and your group enjoy your visit.
