One - Order by phone

Our order line is open from 9.00 – 17.00 GMT Monday to Friday.  An answerphone service operates at all other times.


Two - Order by email

Email your orders to: mailorder@hrp.org.uk

For email orders, please include your:
- name
- billing address (and delivery address, if different)
- telephone contact details and email address
- items required (including item number) and quantity

It is unsafe to send credit card details via email. Please fax or call with this information.


Three - Order by post

Post your orders to:

Postage and packing charges are based on three geographical areas (UK, European Union and Rest of World) and on the value of the order.

Despatch

We aim to deliver all UK goods within 14 days; however, please allow up to 28 days for overseas deliveries. 

These delivery times are based on the goods being in stock at the time of ordering. 

You will be advised of any out-of-stock goods at the time of placing your order.  Some goods are made to order and can take an extended period to despatch.

Customs

When ordering goods from Historic Royal Palaces for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches its destination country.

If there are additional charges for customs clearance, these costs must be borne by you.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what these may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country of your order. Generally, customs forms for internal packages will list the value of the contents of your order by product type.

Please note food products can only be purchased for shipment to the UK and EU.
