We know that it is always difficult to allow time for a group meal within a very busy day itinerary! This is why we are delighted to offer you great and easy to book meal options, within the grounds of our beautiful palaces, to suit different group needs and expectations.

Group Meal Vouchers

Great value Meal Deal Vouchers are available to groups and tour operators alike at the Tower of London and Hampton Court Palace.

Different options can be selected:

Option one:
Morning Coffee or Tea £3.95 per person served before 11.00 including a freshly baked Danish pastry.

Option two:
Afternoon Cream Tea £6.50 per person, two finger sandwiches, a slice of homemade cake and freshly baked scone with clotted cream and strawberry jam, served with tea or coffee.

Option three:
Picnic hamper – Served in our attractive new takeaway presentation box, the picnic hamper includes an abundantly filled, fresh, seasonal sandwich, side salad, chef’s cheesecake pot and a glass of wine or juice. Price with wine £12.95, with juice £10.95

Option four: Hot lunch £12.95 per person: a delicious seasonal meal from the chef’s counter, either a hot main course with two sides or a cold main course with accompanying salad, both include a soft drink and a cake.

Three Easy steps to redeem a Meal Deal

1. Contact the Catering Manager at the venue of your choice to register for the voucher scheme and to receive your vouchers.
2. Overprint or stamp your vouchers with your company name/logo and select the appropriate meal option before distributing to your group.
3. Notify the Catering Manager 72 hours prior to the group's visit. Following the visit, you will receive an invoice based on the number of vouchers collected.

Restaurants and Cafes

Tower of London

The New Armouries Café, situated within the Tower's inner keep, offers hot & cold lunches and refreshments throughout the day on a self service basis. Meal vouchers for groups can also be arranged.

Hampton Court Palace

There are two cafés at Hampton Court Palace. The Privy Kitchen coffee shop serves tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day. The Tiltyard Café is a self service restaurant and a coffee deli bar situated within the gardens near the maze and it offers a wide range of hot and cold lunches, homemade cakes and take away items. Group Meal Vouchers can be arranged.

Within the Tiltyard Café, there is a private dining area, the Snug, which is perfect for groups of up to 40 people that wish to enjoy lunch, morning coffee or afternoon tea. Themed meal options inspired by the palace history are available.

Queen Anne's Orangery at Kensington Palace 

The elegant Orangery is one of London’s most popular destinations for lunch or afternoon tea.
Groups can book the East or West Apse for lunch or tea for up to 32 people per Apse however why
not come early for breakfast or morning tea, it opens from 09.00hrs, a great way to start your day in Kensington.   Morning tea from £5.50 per person, afternoon tea and lunch menus start from £12.95 per person.

Banqueting House and Kew Palace

Whilst there are no on-site catering facilities at the Banqueting House, close by in the heart of London's West End there are many restaurants, cafés and bars you can choose from. At Kew Palace, groups can arrange refreshments with the Royal Botanic Gardens of Kew by calling +44 (0) 208 332 5686.
