The Orangery Built in 1704 as Queen Anne’s ‘summer supper house’, the romantic Orangery is one of the most perfect wedding venues in London.

• Available during the day and in the evening
• Capacity for up to 300 standing guests or 200 seated guests
• Expansive lawns perfect for marquees for up to 1000 guests
• Licensed as a wedding ceremony venue

Beautiful and majestic

The inside of the Orangery The Orangery's light interior showcases its intricate decoration with carved detail by Grinling Gibbons and outside the beautifully manicured lawns, lined with majestic bay trees, provide a stunning backdrop.

Stunning gardens

Event at Kensington Just moments away, the Sunken Garden is vibrant with colour from April to October with flowers framing the ornamental pond and its fountains.

Wedding planning

The Orangery can welcome up to 200 seated guests and its beautiful terrace and expansive lawns are perfect for marquees for up to 1000 people.

The Orangery is available for just one weekend date per month, so early booking is highly advisable. In 2013, we currently have availability on the following weekend dates:
     Saturday 29 June
     Saturday 10 August
     Saturday 5 October
We do also have some availability on weekends in November and December, and on several weekdays throughout the year, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any specific dates in mind.

From flowers and cakes to music and lighting, a personal Event Manager and carefully selected accredited suppliers will help you to enjoy a wonderful day that will become one of the highlights of your own family history.
