We offer a Group Personal Pension Plan, where you will be required to pay a minimum of 2% of your pensionable salary and Historic Royal Palaces will contribute between 6% and 9%.
This also includes life assurance and income replacement in the unlikely event this might be necessary.
On joining you will receive 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. This increases to 28 days after 3 years, and 29 days after 10 years. This is pro-rata for part time employees, and those working shift patterns.
Holiday entitlement and Public Holidays may differ slightly for Hillsborough Castle Staff.
All established staff automatically become members of Historic Royal Palaces giving you the ability to visit each of our palaces with up to 4 guests as many times as you would like.
You will also have the ability to request a further 10 tickets for unaccompanied family guests providing free entry to any of the palaces.
