RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival returns with a dazzling summer celebration of glorious gardens, immersive floral displays, unique shopping, gourmet picnicking, celebrity talks and live music.

Experience a fusion of summer smells, colours and sounds with flowers, food and music; there's plenty to see and do.

The Festival will be welcoming a notable design newcomer and honouring a late legend of the horticultural world. HRH The Duchess of Cambridge will be co-designing a garden with award-winning Davies White Landscape Architects following their collaboration at RHS Chelsea.

The legendary Beth Chatto has been named as the show's 2019 Iconic Horticultural Hero, in honour of her unparalleled contributions to gardening.

We've assembled an array of hands-on and creative workshops to enjoy. Learn calligraphy with Alice Gibb, flower crown making with Mary Gilmore and festival beauty with glitter face painting by In Your Dreams. Discover Niwaki's Japan-made garden tool essentials and Ali Anderson's succulent cake decorating.

Rootlabs will be on hand to teach all things hydroponics, or join Embellished Talk to explore bright and bold contemporary embroidery.

Don’t miss stalwart floristry names on the main stage like Simon Lycett and Jonathan Moseley, or wellness and lifestyle authors Madeleine Shaw and Jasmine Hemsley – plus more fabulous speakers to be announced.

Need inspiration to grow your own food at home? Community Allotments offer a mix of flower and vegetable planting, along with Ambassador Raymond Blanc, who will showcase gardening for sustainability, taste, affordability and beauty.

Returning in 2019 is the famous Floral Marquee, fabulous Show Gardens filled with ideas to try at home as well as endless shopping opportunities. From contemporary to traditional, there will be plenty of handy tips for revitalising and replenishing green spaces at the Festival.

Indulge your senses in a festival of roses and unwind in relaxing gardens designed to promote health and wellbeing. Be tempted by artisan treats and tasty street food, thirst-quenching summer drinks and of course, coffee and cake.

Brimming with activities, sights and sounds, RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival is the perfect day out with family and friends. Join us in celebrating all that’s great about summer in the grand surrounds of Hampton Court Palace.

There's more exciting highlights to be announced, so keep an eye on rhs.org.uk/hamptoncourt for all the latest news and updates.
