Henry VIII and Francois I, King of France - worst enemies or best friends? 

On the five hundred… and first anniversary of their grand festival at Calais known as the Field of Cloth of Gold, discover how these two great kings tried to outdo each other in combat, romancing and competitive beard growing!

Where can I see it?

The show is an outdoor performance in the gardens sat directly on the grass and runs for 30 minutes. 

Please note we will go ahead with the performance in the event of bad weather, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
