Members are invited to an exclusive talk by Team Leaders of the Historic Royal Palaces Salvage Squad. The Salvage Squad is made up of a highly trained set of teams whose job is to rescue the priceless objects in our collections, in the event of a worse-case scenario. This could be anything from a fire to a water ingress. They train rigorously and rehearse monthly for the day that everyone hopes will never come.
Join us for this fascinating members-only talk and learn about the different squads, their training and the process that would take place if the worst was to happen.
