Critically acclaimed singer-songwriter Rita Ora will headline the Sentebale Audi Concert in the stunning grounds of Hampton Court Palace on Tuesday 11 June 2019.
The evening of entertainment, guaranteed to be one of the most memorable events of the summer calendar, will raise awareness and funds for Sentebale, the charity founded by Their Royal Highnesses The Duke of Sussex and Prince Seeiso Bereng Seeiso, to support children and young people affected by HIV and AIDS in Lesotho, Botswana and Malawi; countries where HIV remains a leading cause of death.
Sentebale ambassador and spoken word poet, George the Poet (George Mpanga) will join Rita Ora and others — yet to be announced— to perform to an audience of 3,000 people, all coming together in a celebration of African and Western culture.
Organised in partnership with Historic Royal Palaces — the independent charity which cares for Hampton Court Palace — the Sentebale Audi Concert will be the first time Audi UK has supported the event.
Proceeds raised from the evening will help Sentebale address the mental health and wellbeing of many more children and young people whose lives have been affected by HIV in Lesotho, Botswana and Malawi and contribute to Historic Royal Palaces' conservation and education programmes.
Sentebale would like to thank all of their partners and supporters who have made this event possible, including Audi UK and American Express.
