There's never been a better time to join Historic Royal Palaces. Membership is brilliant value, and if you join by Annual Direct Debit, you'll get 15 months for the price of 12.

If you would like to start using your membership immediately, you can visit the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace or Hillsborough Castle and Gardens by showing your membership confirmation email on entry.

If you would like to visit Kensington Palace, pre-booking is required - once purchased, email [email protected] with your booking reference and our team will be delighted to help.

Already bought admission tickets? You can upgrade them to membership on the same day of your visit or up to two weeks after the original purchase.

How to upgrade your palace ticket:

At the palaces - Complete your membership form (which can be downloaded here) and take it, along with your tickets, to one of our palaces

By email - please send your completed membership form (which can be downloaded above) along with a picture of your tickets to [email protected]

Please note that only palace admission tickets bought directly from Historic Royal Palaces can be used to upgrade towards a membership, this excludes tickets from third party companies or for palace events. Tickets from multiple separate visits cannot be used.
