Corporate Member FAQs

Can corporate members book in advance?

Corporate members are unable to book in advance using their free entry. We only make a small number of palace tickets available to buy online in advance. This is to keep as much capacity as possible for visitors, who arrive at the palace without booking.

How do I exchange my corporate member card or voucher for an admission ticket?

If you have a branded palace voucher, please follow the instructions on the voucher. If you have a corporate membership card, please go to the area listed below.

The Tower of London

Banqueting House

This palace operates on a ticketless system so staff will simply need to show their card to gain entrance. However, we advise them to call ahead to check it is open on: 020 3166 6150.

Hillsborough Castle

There are guided tours only for the castle itself. However, we advise staff to call ahead to reserve their places on: 028 9268 1300. On arrival, Corporate Members will need to exchange their cards for tickets at the admissions desk.

Kew Palace (open in the summer months)

Corporate Members will need entry to Kew Gardens to access Kew Palace. This can be obtained at a 10% discount on presentation of your valid HRP corporate membership card.

Are there any restrictions on when I can use my corporate membership card/voucher?

You can use your corporate membership card or voucher at any time during palace opening hours including on bank holidays. We recommend checking in advance for any closures or events that may affect your visit.
The opening hours for each palace can be found on the Historic Royal Palaces website, please check before you travel.

Is access to special events included in my complimentary access?

You will be issued with a standard admission ticket for the palaces with your corporate membership card or voucher. With this ticket you will have access to everything included in palace admission. You will need to purchase a ticket for anything that is separately ticketed.

Can my friends/family use my complimentary palace entry if I am not with them?

A corporate member must be present when the corporate membership card or voucher is used. You will also be asked to produce ID when redeeming your tickets.

If a corporate member is not present, the group will need to purchase tickets from any ticket desk for entry to the palace.

My voucher/cards cover x number of visitors. Can we purchase extra tickets on the day?

You are very welcome to purchase extra tickets for members of your group not covered by your voucher or corporate membership cards. You can do this when you collect your complimentary tickets. Please note that the Tower of London Welcome Centre accepts card payments only, so if you are paying by cash you will need to visit another ticket desk.

How many times can a corporate membership voucher be used?

The voucher can only be used once per day by a corporate member until the voucher expiry date. However, you’re welcome to print off a new voucher each time you would like to visit a palace in exchange for a ticket on arrival.

Please make sure that you follow the instructions on the voucher to make sure that you have the best possible visit.
