The Mid-Tudor period saw the stability of the monarchy thrown into question. The Tower of London was most extensively used as a prison.
Examining the Tower buildings and documentary evidence, students will be encouraged to consider how the Tower of London can be used to support their understanding of the Mid-Tudor crisis.
The workshop includes a short lecture and a subject specific tour of the Tower of London.
