*Please note than on a normal visit to Kew Palace entrance to Kew Palace is free as part of the membership subscription. However it is compulsory to pass through Kew Gardens to get to the Palace, which is not included in the membership fee and the entry fee must be paid for at the published rates. Historic Royal Palaces’ members receive 10% off the entrance fee.
How to join
It is quick and easy to become a member, you can join online, by phone or by post:
Online: Join online today (you will be transferred to our ticketing partner's secure site) Debit/Credit card payment only. Please note that you cannot set up a direct debit online.
Phone: Call 0844 482 7788. (Calls cost 5p per minute plus your phone company's access charge.)
Post: If you need a form then please print a copy (PDF, 291KB). If you're applying by post please send your completed form to, The Membership Office, Apartment 38, Hampton Court Palace, Surrey, KT8 9AU.
If you have visited one of our palaces already then you can upgrade those tickets towards the cost of the membership. Please attach the tickets to the form and provide payment details for the remaining amount.
In person: You can join at any of the palaces. Please note that if you plan on purchasing a membership at the Tower of London that you'll need to go straight to the Welcome Centre or Group Tickets.
Set up an annual direct debit for the first time to receive 15 months for the price of 12 and a £10 saving. Offer valid for the first year paying by Direct Debit only. For more information on setting up a Direct Debit or upgrading tickets, please follow the link to see our Membership FAQs.

If you are a basic or higher rate UK taxpayer, the Gift Aid Scheme allows Historic Royal Palaces to reclaim a further 25p on every £1 of your membership. This really boosts our income – and doesn’t cost you a single penny extra.
