Access information
This is an outdoor event and we kindly advise all ticket holders to dress appropriately for the weather, as conditions may be variable.
Access to the South Lawn is via garden paths which are sloped and uneven in places, so we strongly recommend wearing practical footwear to ensure your comfort and safety.
Seating will be allocated on the night on a first come, first served basis. Seats are provided.
All seating is on one level, on a flat surface and is fully accessible. This is a two act performance with an interval, during which you will be able to purchase refreshments.
Access to Hillsborough Castle and Gardens before 18:15 requires a separate Gardens Only or Castle and Gardens Ticket (subject to arrival time and availability).

Our toilets in the Weston Pavilion will be open along with our Garden Toilets which are on-route to the performance area on our South Lawn. Additional chemical toilets will be provided within close proximity to the performance area for during the performance, if required. We'd like to recommend utilising our facilities prior to taking your seats.
Parking & access
Free parking is available in our onsite car park off the A1.
Access is via a 15-20 minute walk through our stunning gardens. Alternatively, disabled access transport will be available for blue badge holders. This does not need to be pre-booked.
Alternatively, Blue Badge holders can contact our Events Team to reserve a parking space in our limited top site car park, accessible off Main Street in Royal Hillsborough Village. This must be pre-booked. Please call us on 028 9268 1342 to provide your name and vehicle registration.
Due to the natural terrain of the site, some of our garden paths are sloped and uneven, therefore please ensure to wear practical footwear.
No, castle tours will not be available during this event. However, we’d like to highly recommend a tour of the castle on another occasion.

Food & drink
Yes, a selection of food and drinks will be available to purchase on the South Lawn between 18:00–19:00 and during the interval. Guests can enjoy gourmet burgers, loaded fries, a range of hot and cold beverages, as well as sweet treats, snacks, and popcorn.
Our café in the Weston Pavilion will remain open until 18:30 (usual closing time is 17:00), offering the perfect opportunity to enjoy a meal, hot drink or sweet treat before heading into the gardens and making your way to the concert on the South Lawn.
A range of NGCI, vegan and vegetarian options will be available, and members can enjoy their usual 10% discount, excluding alcohol and café retail products. Our Stable Yard Tea Rooms will remain closed.
