About Gift Aid

How long is my ticket valid for?

Tickets purchased in advance are valid for one use within seven days. The date selected is the first day the tickets can be used.

How do I get my ticket?

If you choose Print at home as the delivery option (currently Hampton Court Palace, Tower of London and Kensington Palace only), please print out all tickets individually and show at the point of entry, failure to do so will result in delayed entry. Please note we do not operate a fast track entry system, you will need to join the queue to enter the palace.

If you choose Collect on site as the Delivery option, please take your booking confirmation to the ticket office to collect your tickets for entry.

Tickets can be purchased at the gate rate on the day from the ticket kiosks on Tower Hill. 

Please note that third party promotions and special offers can only be used when providing ticketing staff a physical voucher at Tower of London ticket kiosks and separate terms and conditions apply.

Audio guides

Discover the Tower with one of our audio guides and experience five different tours. From the Normans and the Medieval Palace to imprisonment and execution, prepare to learn about the Crown Jewels and hear stories from our Chief Yeoman Warder who’ll tell you what it’s really like to live inside a royal fortress. Our new family tour is also available.

Tower of London reduced price entry scheme

Tower Hamlets residents can visit for only £1.00


This offer is possible because of an agreement with the Tower of London's Local Authority, Tower Hamlets Council.

Terms and conditions:

  • This offer is valid all year round.
  • This offer is only valid for current Tower Hamlets residents who have either an Idea Store card or Tower Hamlets Leisure Services card.
  • Adults show their Idea Store card or Tower Hamlets Leisure Services card and proof of name and address (showing that they are Tower Hamlets residents) when purchasing tickets.
  • Only one adult ticket per adult card holder can be purchased per day, adults purchase additional tickets for accompanying children.
  • Children (5-15 years) must be accompanied by an adult.
  • For the purposes of this offer, tickets for adults and accompanying children are charged at the same rate of £1.00.
  • Tickets are only valid on the day of purchase; tickets cannot be pre-booked or purchased in advance.
  • Tickets cannot be re-sold.
