Group standard prices

In response to the easing of government restrictions, the maximum number of 30 per group has now been relaxed. There is no upper limit on group numbers. If indoor spaces become crowded, our palace onsite team will manage the flow of groups and visitors in the spaces as required.

Walk-up group visits are welcome. If you do not have a pre-booked timed admission slot, you may have to wait until availability allows for your group to enter. You will be able to pay for your group and obtain the tickets for admission at the Ticket office on site.

We do expect and recommend that face masks are worn in indoor spaces including palace shops and cafes and that visitors continue to maintain a respectful distance from staff and other visitors not in their group.
