Hold the stories of the Tower of London in your hand and experience history where it really happened with an audio guide. Enhance your visit by joining Yeoman Warders and curators as they share fascinating stories and hidden secrets of the Tower of London. Use the guide to see what’s on, where to eat and shop, and to plan your day. Collect your audio guide from the Beefeater Shop, located just past the entrance.
We're paying extra attention to hygiene during your visit to the Tower and our audio guides are no different. Our audio guides are not held directly against the ear, you select your tour by touching the screen and the audio plays through headphones. These are the extra measures that we are taking to keep you safe:

Tower of London audio guides are available in English, Dutch (Nederlands), French (Français), German (Deutsch), Italian (Italiano), Japanese (日本語), Korean (한국어), Chinese Mandarin (中文), Portuguese (Português), Russian (Pусский) and Spanish (Español).
To help you socially distance, we’ve made some adjustments to the physical routes you can take around the Tower, and have adjusted the audio guide accordingly. This means that ‘Highlights of the Tower’ is only currently available in English language and the White Tower tour is not available in any language.
Usually we offer free tours written especially for our blind and partially-sighted visitors and these are available from a member of staff at the Beefeater Shop. However, we regret that it has not been possible for us to ensure that the audio accurately reflects the physical routes at the moment, and we are not able to provide the accompanying tactile map.
