Updated 25 January: In line with government guidelines, our gardens will be open at weekends for local households to visit for essential exercise from 30 January. Pre-booking essential.

Garden only tickets

In line with the latest government guidance, our gardens will be open for local households to visit for essential exercise at weekends only from 30 January and daily between 13-21 February 2021. Visitors should not travel outside of their local area and must comply with social distancing guidelines. Takeaway catering and toilets will be provided. Please bring a face covering. 

To enable us to meet social distancing guidelines, we have limited the number of visitors on site at any one time. Please pre-book your ticket and arrival time slot online before you visit. Tickets will be released each week. 

A ticket includes:

    • Entry to our gardens at Hampton Court Palace, except Magic Garden and Maze which are closed

Please note dogs are not permitted within the palace gardens unless they are registered assistance dogs.

Group tickets

Groups and visiting safely

From Monday 14 September, group/multiple ticket holders are required by law to visit in groups of 6 (unless they are visiting as a household or support bubble which is larger than 6).

How to get a carer ticket

Complimentary adult carer tickets can be obtained on the day of your visit upon presentation of proof of registered disability (such as a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter or PIP letter).
