Hampton Court Palace and gardens (including The Magic Garden) will be open daily from 21 October - 1 November. Please pre-book your tickets in advance. Please read our visit information

Palace and garden tickets

To enable us to meet social distancing guidelines, we have limited the number of visitors on site at any one time. Please pre-book your ticket and arrival time slot online before you visit. You can arrive at any time within your allocated arrival time slot and the duration of your visit is not restricted in any way. We have also implemented some changes and measures within the palace and gardens. More information here.

From Monday 14 September, group/multiple ticket holders are required by law to visit in groups of 6 (unless they are visiting as a household or support bubble which is larger than 6).

A ticket includes:

  • Entry to the palace via a one-way route including Henry VIII's Kitchens, Henry VIII State Apartments, Georgian Story and William III's Apartments. 
  • Entry to our gardens at Hampton Court Palace, including Magic Garden (subject to availability)

Please note the Maze is closed for now.

Historic Royal Palaces is the self-funding charity which cares for Hampton Court Palace. The 'with donation' price in the table includes an optional 10% donation towards our charitable work. By making this donation you are helping us at a time when we're facing serious financial challenges resulting from the Coronavirus. 

You can make your donation go further by ticking the Gift Aid box when completing your purchase. Historic Royal Palaces will be able to claim an extra 25% of the value of your ticket at no extra cost to you.

  2. Click the link in the email that we’ll send you and print out all your tickets

Group tickets

Groups and visiting safely

Guided tour groups of up to 30 people may take place indoors or outdoors as long COVID-19 safety measures are followed.

How to get a carer ticket

Complimentary adult carer tickets can be obtained on the day of your visit upon presentation of proof of registered disability (such as a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter or PIP letter).
