Updated 6 August. Hampton Court Palace and gardens (including The Magic Garden) is open 7 days a week through August until 6 September. Entry to the Magic Garden requires a palace admission ticket for non members. The Maze remains closed. Please read our visit information

The online system for purchasing tickets and memberships will be unavailable between 08:30 - 09:00 on Wednesday 12 August 2020.

Palace and garden tickets

A ticket includes:

  • Entry to the palace via a one-way route including Henry VIII's Kitchens, Henry VIII State Apartments, Georgian Story and William III's Apartments
  • Entry to our historic gardens at Hampton Court Palace, including Magic Garden (subject to availability)
  • Self-guided trails of the courtyards and gardens
  • Admission tickets for 29-31 August bank holiday include access to the Hampton Court Palace food market, a special food event with a selection of artisan food producers, street food-sellers and boutique drinks companies. You will not need a separate ticket.

Please note the Maze will remain closed for now.

Your donation helps

Historic Royal Palaces is the self-funding charity which cares for Hampton Court Palace. The 'with donation' price in the table includes an optional 10% donation towards our charitable work. By making this donation you are helping us at a time when we're facing serious financial challenges resulting from the Coronavirus. 

You can make your donation go further by ticking the Gift Aid box when completing your purchase. Historic Royal Palaces will be able to claim an extra 25% of the value of your ticket at no extra cost to you.

How to get tickets you've bought online

For tickets purchased online, you can choose from the following two delivery options:

Receive tickets by email or print at home

  1. Download your PDF ticket to your mobile to show at the entrance or
  2. Click the link in the email that we’ll send you and print out all your tickets

How to book a carer ticket

Carers tickets can be obtained by emailing [email protected] with the booking reference number, date and time of the visit booked online by the ticket holder. There is currently a wait of up to seven days for your carer ticket. If you don't receive your ticket before your chosen date, you can still enter with the concession ticket holder, showing your proof of disability (such as a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter or PIP letter).
