Ticket prices

To enable us to meet social distancing guidelines, we have limited the number of visitors on site at any one time. Please pre-book your ticket and arrival time slot online before you visit. You will not be allowed to enter the palace without a ticket. You can arrive at any time within your allocated arrival time slot. The duration of your visit is not restricted in any way.

Your Kensington Palace admission ticket includes entry to:

  • Kensington Palace
  • The State Rooms
  • Displays and all public areas of the palace and gardens, (except the Sunken Garden and Cradle Walk).

Your donation helps

Historic Royal Palaces is the self-funding charity which cares for Kensington Palace. The 'with donation' price in the table includes an optional 10% donation towards our charitable work. By making this donation you are helping us at a time when we're facing serious financial challenges resulting from the Coronavirus. 

You can make your donation go further by ticking the Gift Aid box when completing your purchase. Historic Royal Palaces will be able to claim an extra 25% of the value of your ticket at no extra cost to you.

How to get tickets you've bought online

When you buy your ticket online, you can choose to receive your ticket by email or by post.

Receive tickets by email or print at home

  1. Download your PDF ticket to your mobile for scanning at the entrance or
  2. Click the link in the email that we’ll send you and print out all your tickets


How to book a carer ticket

Carers tickets can be obtained by emailing [email protected] with the booking reference number, date and time of the visit booked online by the ticket holder. There is currently a wait of up to seven days for your carer ticket. If you don't receive your ticket before your chosen date, you can still enter with the concession ticket holder, showing your proof of disability (such as a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter or PIP letter).
