One paying adult must be booked per family group. Additional adults free up to supervision ratios.
Additional adults: £27.60
Please note that the subsidised learning rate is only available to book Tuesday to Friday during UK term time. We cannot offer the learning rate during school holidays or on bank holidays.
Please bring formal evidence that you are a registered home-educator with you to present at our welcome desk on the day of your visit.
Key stage 1 (age 4-7) = 1:5
Key stages 2, 3 and 4 (age 7-15) = 1:10

We are operating timed entry slots to support social distancing. Home educator entry slots will be available from 10.15 - 14.45.

After receiving your booking request, we will confirm that we have made a booking for you by emailing you an invoice, which must be paid in advance of your visit date and according to our payment terms.
Please note that we cannot amend the booking numbers after payment has been made. Any extra tickets must be purchased on the day at standard group rates.
Payment is due six weeks prior to visiting. Extra tickets must be purchased on the day at standard group rates.
Bookings with less than six weeks' notice require immediate payment. The cancellation and amendment deadline is 17:00 on the day after the booking is confirmed.
We regret that no refunds can be given for cancellations or amendments made less than six weeks in advance of your visit. This includes non-arrivals on the day.
