How to use our audio guide tour

Audio tours with step-free routes are clearly marked on the device. You can also plan your day with information about cafés, shops, and special events available during your visit.

Our Audio Guides are available on a first-come, first-served basis so please be aware that there may be a short wait for one to become available at peak times.

Collect your free Audio Guide in the Undercroft shop.

Headphones

You are welcome to bring your own headphones.

Headphones need to plug into the handset. Bluetooth headphones are not compatible with Audio Guide handsets.
Our Audio Guide handsets will accommodate most common types of headphones.
