The guide is on a mobile-phone sized touchscreen and is self-led. It is free to use and included in your palace ticket.
Where do I collect my guide?
Collect your visitor guide from inside the Undercroft Shop, located in Base Court. When you enter the palace go to the far left of the first courtyard and you will see a sign for the Undercroft. Please ask for a BSL visitor guide.
