Visiting a palace?

If you have any issue downloading your tickets, please bring your confirmation email to the ticket desk when you arrive and staff on site will be able to print your tickets off for you.

If you don't have your confirmation email, you can search your email for or you can quote your booking number or email address at the Ticket Office.
