Welcome back to our palaces
Thankyou to everyone who showed their support for our charity by visiting the palaces over the last four months.
Unfortunately, we need to close the following sites and they will be closed from 5 November:
Our gardens, including the Magic Garden at Hampton Court Palace will remain open for local visitors at weekends only. Details of opening times and tickets to follow soon.
The gardens at Hillsborough Castle and Gardens remain open for you to enjoy.
We will be offering you a very warm welcome as always, but we have some new ways of doing things. For example, there will be fewer people at the palace at any one time and we're paying extra attention to hygiene. All visitors have to book a start time, including members and visitors must wear a mask in our indoor spaces and shops. But we're confident you're going to have a great time.Book tickets online
We have produced this video so you can see for yourselves the measures in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors at all times. Our fully trained team will be on hand to provide a royal welcome and to ensure the guidance is followed. We look forward to welcoming you back!
We hold the Visit Britain industry standard, 'We're Good to Go' for our sites which means we follow government and industry guidelines for social distancing and cleanliness and have completed a risk assessment.
Need further help? More information on reopening can be found in our Visitor FAQs.
