Keeping you safe on your visit

Welcome back to our palaces

Welcome back to our palaces

Visiting safely

Thankyou to everyone who showed their support for our charity by visiting the palaces over the last four months.

Unfortunately, we need to close the following sites and they will be closed from 5 November:

  • Tower of London
  • Kensington Palace
  • Interior spaces at Hampton Court Palace and Gardens

Our gardens, including the Magic Garden at Hampton Court Palace will remain open for local visitors at weekends only. Details of opening times and tickets to follow soon.

The gardens at Hillsborough Castle and Gardens remain open for you to enjoy.

We will be offering you a very warm welcome as always, but we have some new ways of doing things. For example, there will be fewer people at the palace at any one time and we're paying extra attention to hygiene. All visitors have to book a start time, including members and visitors must wear a mask in our indoor spaces and shops. But we're confident you're going to have a great time.
