Gardens-only ticket prices

We will be closed from 27 November to 02 December inclusive. We welcome the updated guidance from the Northern Ireland Executive that gardens at stately homes and castles can remain open during the lockdown. We had taken the necessary steps to close but we will now work to reopen our gardens on Thursday 03 December.

To enable us to meet social distancing guidelines in the castle grounds, we have reduced the number of tickets available at any one time. Please pre-book your ticket and an arrival time slot online before you visit. You will not be able to enter the gardens without a valid ticket, but can arrive at any time within your chosen time slot. The duration of your visit is not restricted in any way.

A gardens-only ticket includes:

  • Entry to 100 acres of world-famous royal gardens including our 18th-century Walled Garden, the Granville Garden, Lady Alice's Temple and the Lost Garden
  • Access to our café and shop in the Lower Visitor centre
  • Free car parking
