Cyrus Todiwala is an award-winning chef, author, and entrepreneur known for pioneering modern Indian cuisine in the UK. He is Co-Patron of Café Spice Namasté and runs several Mr Todiwala’s Kitchen restaurants, with a strong focus on sustainability and British produce. He has published multiple cookbooks and frequently appears on TV and radio, including BBC Saturday Kitchen.

Shivi Ramoutar is a Trinidad-born Caribbean cook, author, and broadcaster celebrated for her vibrant modern island cuisine. Originally trained in law, she followed her passion for food and became one of the UK’s leading voices in Caribbean cooking. She is the author of Caribbean Modern, The Ice Kitchen, and Cook Clever, and regularly appears on Saturday Kitchen, This Morning, and ITV’s Jimmy and Shivi’s Farmhouse Breakfast. In 2026, she launches her international supper club, The Nomad Table, and Island Girl hot sauce brand.

Karan Gokani grew up in Mumbai before moving to England to study law at the University of Cambridge. Leaving a successful legal career behind, he pursued his passion for food and travelled extensively across India and Sri Lanka. In 2015, he co-founded Hoppers, the acclaimed Sri Lankan and South Indian restaurant group with sites in Soho, Marylebone, and King’s Cross. Karan is also the author of bestselling cookbooks Hoppers and Indian 101, championing South Asian cuisine through writing, events, and media appearances.

Crystelle Pereira is a cook, presenter, and author who rose to fame on The Great British Bake Off in 2021. She is an established food writer with work in major UK publications and has appeared on shows in both the UK and US. Her debut cookbook Flavour Kitchen was published by Hachette.

Marcus Bean is a chef, author, and presenter who taught himself to cook while running a Shropshire pub and went on to win Iron Chef UK. He runs Brompton Cookery School, appears regularly on TV, and is known for championing seasonal British produce. His cookbook The Good Chicken Cookbook was published in 2024.

The Flygerians, founded by sisters Jess and Jo, are a London-based food duo championing Nigerian cuisine through pop-ups, supper clubs, and their Peckham restaurant. Since 2016, they have blended traditional Nigerian flavours with a modern street food approach, building a strong following across the city. Their work focuses on sharing culture, community, and heritage through food.

Chris Baber is an award-winning chef, bestselling cookbook author, and social media personality known for making cooking simple, accessible, and enjoyable. Winner of BBC One’s Yes Chef and trained under Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar, Chris has built a loyal audience of over 200,000 followers with his easy, fuss-free recipes. Formerly the face of M&S Food’s nationwide campaigns, he has worked with leading brands including Aston Martin and cooked at the global launch of the Aston Martin DB12 in Monaco. His debut cookbook, Easy, features 96 delicious recipes designed to give everyone the confidence to cook great food at home.

Harry Maguire is the MasterChef 2025 champion, known for his creative cooking and strong performance throughout the competition. After leaving a corporate career and rebuilding his life, he pursued cooking professionally. He now runs a private dining business, works in London restaurants, and creates online cooking content.
