Members-Only Christmas Carol Service

Please make sure your Historic Royal Palaces account is set up at least one week before tickets go on sale. This allows enough time for the Membership team to help if you experience any issues.

If you need a carer ticket and do not already have a registered carer linked to your membership, please contact the Membership team at [email protected] as soon as possible before tickets go on sale.

We'll ask for supporting evidence, such as:

• Blue Badge

• PIP or DLA award letter

• Doctor's letter

• Equivalent documentation

Please note that you won't be able to book a carer ticket unless your carer has been added to your membership before booking.

You can book tickets online for the number of people included in your membership.

Log in to your account here a few minutes before 12:00 so you're ready to book as soon as tickets are released.

There is no online queue or waiting room. Tickets will automatically become available on the booking page at 12:00.

After you have logged in here, click Menu to select Tower of London. Then select Event, and from the list of events select Members-Only Carol Service.

You will then be able to select the number of tickets available for your membership type, and your chosen date on the calendar. Finally, select the timeslot and then click Confirm Selection.

If tickets don't appear at 12:00, refresh your browser. It can sometimes take a few moments for tickets to become visible.

Please be patient, as high demand may affect loading times.

Your tickets will only be held once you click 'Continue to checkout'. From that point, they'll be reserved for 15 minutes while you complete your booking.

If you don't complete your purchase within 15 minutes, your reservation will expire and the tickets will be released for other members to book.

Yes. Having your payment details ready will help you complete your booking as quickly as possible.

Members-Only Carol Services are exclusively for Historic Royal Palaces members. You can only book tickets online for the people included in your own membership. If you'd like to book on behalf of another member, you'll need to contact the Membership team by phone with their membership ID and postcode so we can locate their account.

As this is a high-demand event and tickets often sell out within minutes, we can't guarantee we'll be able to process bookings over the phone for multiple memberships during the booking period.

Member event tickets are non-refundable, in line with our Terms and Conditions.

If you can no longer attend, we'd really appreciate it if you contact us on [email protected] to let us know. This means we can release your tickets, giving another member the opportunity to attend the event.

We won't be operating a waiting list for this event.

From time to time, tickets may become available if previously booked tickets are cancelled and released back on sale. Any available tickets will appear on the booking page and can be booked on a first come, first served basis.

Our phone line (0333 320 6000) will be extended on ticket release days and will be open from 10.00 - 12.30. Please note that we're likely to receive a high volume of enquiries on the day tickets go on sale, so response times may be longer than usual. It is likely that tickets will sell out within minutes, so our team will do their very best to assist you over the phone, but the best way to secure your tickets is to log on and book them yourself.

This Carol Service is recommended for ages 5 and above; best suited to those able to enjoy an hour-long seated service. Children included in your membership require their own ticket.
