The Winter Palace is a specially themed overlay to Hampton Court Palace. The Palace will be lit up externally and internally in different winter/christmas themed colours. Rooms may have coloured lighting and projection mapping inside them. There will be soundtracks playing. Actors in costume will be walking around the site, they are all themed as friendly creatures with an aim to interact with visitors. Nothing in this event is themed to be scary or intentionally intimidating.

No, we will offer you a coloured wristband or sticker on the day to ensure that actors know not to approach you.

The Winter Palace is not a group interactive experience. We do not move you from room to room and participation into interactions is optional. You can take your time to explore at your own pace and in your own way.

No, we will not be asking for proof of diagnosis or supporting documents for these events.
